Alphawave Semi

Alphawave Semi licenses high-speed connectivity IP (SerDes, PCIe, chiplet interconnect) and provides custom silicon design services used in AI accelerators and networking chips. It is listed in London and was the subject of a 2025 acquisition agreement by Qualcomm. Alphawave's IP and custom silicon programs shipped in production AI/datacenter chips through 2025, ahead of the pending Qualcomm deal. Qualcomm completed its acquisition of Alphawave on 18 December 2025.
