Capital Clean Energy Carriers

Capital Clean Energy Carriers is working with Samsung Heavy Industries and Lloyd's Register on floating AI data-center vessels that generate power onboard or take it through subsea cable, using seawater cooling. Its role covers financing, ownership and commercialisation of the platforms rather than engineering them. The joint development programme was signed in June 2026 and no vessel has entered data-center service.
