eSilicon

eSilicon was an ASIC design-services company that built custom chips including early HBM-interface silicon for AI/networking customers before being acquired by Inphi in 2020, whose optical/interconnect business was later folded into Marvell via Inphi's 2021 acquisition. eSilicon's custom ASIC and 2.5D packaging design services shipped in production networking and compute chips prior to its 2020 acquisition and dissolution as a standalone brand.
