Xiaomi (MiMo)

Xiaomi builds the MiMo family of open-weight reasoning models to power its phones, EVs and smart-home products. It released MiMo-7B in April 2025, scaled to MiMo-V2.5 at over 300 billion parameters by April 2026, and released the 38B Xiaomi-Robotics-U0 world foundation model in July 2026.
